Everyone seems to be feeling tired/ drained lacking energy lately and you know what itโs normal!!!
We have been through such a tough last 2 years no one has been through this before so we donโt know how to feel or how to act!
Now we are coming into the busy season and we are free from lockdown itโs going to bring on that fatigue even more, socializing is tiring so make sure you are looking after yo!
Exercise- try for 30 mins a day- we still have classes most days and are continuing through Xmas.
Eat healthy- fruits veg and lots of protein to keep those muscles going!
Drink lots of water- especially when you are out drinking alcohol ensure you are having 1 for 1 with alcohol and water.
And most important- rest!! Make sure you are sleeping ๐ด sleep is so important for our bodies for recovery so get a good nights rest and take a rest day if your not feeling up for a workout!
Trust your body! ๐ฅฐ

Tuesday morning 930 Melbourne cup special session. Come along and buy a horse in our sweep!

November 4 week group sessions start next monday! we have 4 sessions a week online or in person and all will be recorded so you can do your workout in your own time if you miss our session.
