CARMEN
Our amazing Member of the Month 🔥

It’s been such a pleasure watching Carmen grow and achieve some pretty awesome things over the last couple of months. She truly deserves to be September’s Member of the Month!

We asked Carmen a few questions, and here are her responses 🤍

Why did you decide to join SHF?
“I decided to join SHF to improve my fitness and lose a few kg 🤣. The group training really appealed to me as a great way to keep me accountable and regain my confidence in the gym!”

What do you love most about training at SHF?
“Definitely the people. The classes are always such a fun vibe, with everyone being so welcoming and motivating me to push myself further than I would on my own.”

What advice do you have for anyone looking to begin or resume their fitness journey?
“Stay consistent — some days, the hardest part is getting to the gym, but you always leave feeling better for showing up. It 100% helps to have a friend or coach to keep you accountable too!”

We’re so proud of you, Carmen! Keep smashing those goals 💪🏼🔥
