Kickin' Kardio

My names Kim. I'm a fitness instructor at Advance fitness in Shepparton and a mum of 4 great kids. We're all finding it tough with the major changes in the world at the moment. I think physical exercise is so important not just for fitness but mental wellbeing as well. I have created this mixed martial arts kids class based on the concept of every kid is a superhero and will be doing a free Zoom Class on Monday 13th at 11am. Hello all! It's a new world we are living in and with many stuck at home and alot of schools not reopening for a while keeping busy and fit especially for children is so important.
