Golden Power Series – Numurkah 🏁

A solid sixth-place finish at our home round, although we were certainly hoping for a little more.

Mason missed qualifying third by just 0.002 seconds, leaving us on the outside for the opening heats. Both starts proved costly, dropping him well down the order and giving him plenty of work to do.

The pace was strong throughout the weekend and Mason drove well to fight his way back through the field. The final result may not fully reflect the speed we had, but sixth after being deep in the field was a solid fight back.

A big thank you to everyone who continues to support Mason, especially to our family and friends that attended over the weekend.

No time to rest, next up Austrlian Kart Championship at Pucka this weekend!

🏁 **Golden Power comes to our home track!**

This weekend we’re back at Goulburn Valley Kart Club for Round 5 of the Golden Power Series.

Although it’s our home circuit, last weekend was Mason’s first time around Numurkah in a junior kart. We gathered some valuable laps and now we’re ready to take on a strong field at home.

A strong weekend at our home track and our first race meeting here in Juniors.

Two wins and two seconds left us tied on points for the overall, with P2 on countback.

Fastest lap in 3 of the 4 races, including the final lap of the Final as we crossed the line just 0.104s from the win. Great job by , good battles all day!

City of Melbourne Titles | Weekend Wrap Up

A weekend that promised more, but one we're still proud of.

With 52 Junior t drivers entered, it was always going to be action packed. Mason continued to build speed all weekend, qualifying 13th before putting together a strong set of heats to line up well for the final.

Unfortunately, the final didn't go to plan. Big contact in Turn 1 left Mason facing the wrong direction and effectively at the back of the field before the race had even begun.

From there, it was all about determination. He never gave up, fought hard every lap, and recovered to finish 14th in the final.

Fog delayed the racing, but once we got going it was a strong day.

A 5-second start penalty in Heat 1 saw us classified P5. We respect the decision, but we don’t agree with it.

The response was all that mattered—three wins to finish the day to take the overall win.

Eastern Lions Club Day – July 26. 🏎🏁

P3 to wrap up a race weekend unlike any other.

The story of the weekend was the fog. Saturday morning’s conditions saw both practice sessions cancelled, sending everyone straight into qualifying where Mason put in a strong lap to qualify P4.

A solid drive in Heat 1 followed. After an average start, Mason worked his way forward to finish P3, setting the 🟣 fastest lap of the race along the way.

Sunday brought more of the same, with persistent fog delaying proceedings through multiple attempted starts. Unfortunately, conditions never improved enough for racing to resume, and the meeting was declared with Saturday’s Heat 1 result standing as the official final classification.

Mixed feelings to come away with P3. We’re happy to be on the podium, but we also felt we had the pace to fight for even more if the racing had resumed. That’s motorsport sometimes, and we’ll take the positives and keep building towards the next one. 🏁
