🖤🤍What a way to finish the 2026 comp season! 🖤🤍

A huge congratulations to all our incredible soloists and troupes on their final competition of the year at Front & Centre Nationals!

While competition results are exciting, the true success of this year goes far beyond trophies and placings..

It’s in the growth, the resilience, the teamwork and the way you’ve supported and encouraged one another. We are so proud of not just the dancers you’ve become, but the people you are growing into. The lessons learnt, friendships formed and challenges overcome are what truly make this year special.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about where you place, but who you stand beside, how you lift each other up and what you achieve together.

One team, countless memories, huge growth and so much to be proud of. Here's to everything we've built together as a competition team for 2026! 🖤🤍

A very special thank you to Jess Quinn for your troupe choreography, training, support and belief in our students. We are truly blessed with the best.

Thank you to all of our amazing teachers & choreographers for working so hard with each and every one of our beautiful dancers.

And to our comp parents, our biggest supporters! We couldn't do it without your belief and trust in us, so thank you to our beautiful dance family! 🤍

Appreciation post..

This is Alana. 🖤🤍

It’s hard to put into words just how much Alana means to UCANDANCE. This year marks an incredible 21 years of having her as part of our UCD family...and honestly, she’s become part of the furniture in the very best possible way.

Alana is the person who notices everything. She’s the first to check in and make sure everyone is okay, the first to greet you with that warm, welcoming smile, and the one who can tell when someone just isn’t quite themselves.

She notices the costume that needs mending before anyone else does. She remembers every face that steps onto our stage, knows everyone’s name, every routine, every costume… and after 20 concerts, we’re fairly certain she could probably jump on stage and show you the choreography for every routine too! 😂

But what makes Alana so special isn’t just everything she remembers or everything she does behind the scenes. It’s the way she cares. The countless little things that might go unnoticed by most, but make such a difference to our dancers, families and team.

For 21 years, Alana has danced beautifully, cheered, helped, fixed, organised, encouraged, remembered and cared. She has watched so many little dancers grow up, celebrated their milestones and been a constant, familiar face through so many chapters of UCANDANCE.

Some people are simply woven into the fabric of a place.

Alana is one of those people.

UCANDANCE truly wouldn’t be what it is without our Alana. We are so incredibly blessed to have her, and even luckier to call her family. 🖤🤍

21 years of Alana. 20 concerts. Countless memories. And one very special person at the heart of it all.
🥹🖤🤍
