Spring has (nearly) sprung... our Ladies Open Day today was a sea of colour for the "Spring" theme.

It was amazing to have a full field of 72 ladies join us at SGC!

The Committee put on a fabulous home-baked morning tea and coffee before tee off, and a fabulous lunch after the game.

Thanks to Matt from Cellarhand for assisting us with wine tasting, Queensland Golf Performance Centre for our clothing range and our major sponsor AOK Smoke Alarms.

We had so many amazing donations from local businesses, that allowed our prizes to go to the top 8 pairs, as well has over 20 raffle prizes in total.

Well done to the winners Margot Knowles and Lil Price from Redcliffe GC, winning with 50 points OCB from Peggy McMillan and Rose Patterson from Kilcoy GC!

We can't wait to see you all again in 2027!

And the 94th Sandgate Cup Winner is.......

Tina Hylton! Congratulations Tina for taking out the trophy with an amazing 64 Nett, 4 shots clear of Runner Up, Marvin Parton.

Dean Dunleavy took out the best gross with a tidy 2 under Par, 70 Gross.

Well done to all of our winners today.

A big thank you to Susie and Ian Mogridge and Peter Coddington for putting on some delicious food this afternoon. If you weren't there this afternoon, you sure missed out!
