🏊‍♀️ Breathe Easy: Mastering Freestyle Breathing! 🌊

Breathing might sound simple — but when you’re swimming freestyle, it’s all about timing and technique!

Here are a few tips to help you find your rhythm:
💨 Exhale underwater – Blow bubbles while your face is in the water so you’re ready to inhale quickly when you turn your head.
👀 One eye in, one eye out – Keep one eye in the water when you breathe to stay balanced and streamline your body.
💪 Turn, don’t lift – Rotate your head with your body roll instead of lifting it — this keeps your hips high and your stroke smooth!
🏖️ Practice makes perfect – Try short distances focusing just on breathing rhythm before combining it with full strokes.

Our swimmers have been working hard on their freestyle breathing this week — and we’re so proud of their progress! 💙
