A huge thank you to every parent who introduces their child to Jiu-Jitsu and supports them along the journey. 🥋
They’ll appreciate it more than you know.
Don’t shoot the messenger… but here’s my honest assessment of the most popular martial arts. 🥋📋
I’m grading each one purely on how effective its techniques are against a fully resisting opponent—not tradition, discipline or fitness.
Some of these rankings might upset a few people… 👀
Watch until the end—you might be surprised by who earns an A GRADE. 😂

See what happens when an ego sees red... and it's never been checked.
This footage has sparked plenty of debate, but one thing stands out: when someone completely loses control, size, strength and aggression don't always win.
Jiu Jitsu isn't about picking fights—it's about controlling them.
The nurse stayed calm, used technique over force, and restrained a violent patient without relying on punches or excessive violence. That's exactly why Jiu Jitsu is taught to police, corrections officers, security, military personnel and healthcare workers around the world.
The biggest lesson?
An unchecked ego can make someone dangerous. But discipline, composure and training can stop chaos without escalating it.
Technique beats aggression. Every. Single. Time.
👇 What's your take on this one? Would more frontline workers benefit from Jiu Jitsu training?
