Life would be damn boring if we all enjoyed the same lifestyle, hobbies, tv shoes and sport.

What ever it is you enjoy
👏🏻weights
👏🏻running
👏🏻walking/hiking
👏🏻bike riding
👏🏻group classes
👏🏻dancing
👏🏻swimming

And the list goes on

Find your interest, the one that you will want to back to, the thing that makes your heart sing and become unstoppable.

What sport makes you sing?

Hey ladies, I’ve missed you!

Today marks one year my daughter was born - photos to come :)

It’s been a wild and fun year.

After needing to take some much needed time to care for my family, I’m back!

Can’t wait to share some great content with you that you will not only educate, help achieve your goals but have some fun along the way and be mum.

This is my boy đź’™

He means the world to me, he has a beautiful heart, had some struggles in his life and has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. (ASD)

I’m sharing this so people are more aware as he has been labelled as a problem child previously without people knowing or understanding how different there life is.

ASD affects their development across all areas throughout their life, including social communication, restricted interests, behaviours and sensory processing differences. With this comes anxiety, depression and roller coaster of emotions.

Throughout his life he has and will continue to have Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and physiology to help him with everyday life.

People on the spectrum are unique and have their own strengths and difficulties. Along with positive reinforcement you can help them by

- using clear and simple language
- list daily events sequentially
- give one instruction at a time
- take the time to listen and communicate
- give warning of changes or transitions
- simplify the environment where possible

And most importantly

- have a quiet space for them where they feel comfortable.

Son, l love you

Couldn’t have had a better day.

Today Ava and I watched Xavier in his school sports day with his Nanna and Poppa.

Due to COVID we were not allowed to interact with them, which I found hard. I am assuming it’s what it’s like watching your child play football.

Xavier is not the sporty or sociable type so it was great to see him get out there, try and most importantly enjoy himself.

Also due to other school kids privacy this is the only photo I can share.

Can you guess which colour Xavier was playing for?
