HELLO STATES WEEKEND 👋🖤
After a term of putting in the work, our teams are ready to hit the floor again this weekend AASCF State Championships. We'd love your support getting amongst our 2026 Teams & showing them some love!

There's nothing quite like a busy competition weekend filled with making more core mems with our Academy fam. 🥰
We’re already SO proud of every athlete, coach & team heading into States. Our teams are looking ❤️‍🔥
But most importantly, we know these weekends are about celebrating how far our teams have come - the hard work, countless reps, new skills, team bonds & progress built inside our HQ on display.

We can't share what they’ve been working so hard on & soak up another special comp weekend together. 🫰
We’re pumped to spend the weekend getting amongst all the incredible Victorian Allstar clubs & community for a HUGE comp weekend ahead... States, let's go! 🖤🤝💫

A COMMUNITY LIKE NO OTHER 🥰🏡
… If you know, you know! Nothing makes us prouder than seeing hardworking, happy athletes fill our HQ training spaces.

Our Wednesday Tumble brings together a mix of athletes from all our 7yrs+ Academy Cheer teams! We love seeing our athletes all work towards different goals at their own pace, together. 💫

From Backward Rolls & Cartwheels, to Walkovers & Handspring foundations!
We have 3 fully credentialed coaches in this session, our athletes warm-up together before splitting into skill specific stations, allowing lots of individual feedback & support to progress safely & confidently.

Because regardless of what team you’re on at Academy, we believe every athlete deserves the same quality coaching, opportunities & experience. 🖤

Who else thinks we should add more weekday tumble classes to our timetable?! 👀
