The fitness industry often makes fat loss seem far more complicated than it needs to be.

🚫 You don’t need to cut out carbs.
🚫 You don’t need to spend hours doing cardio.
🚫 You don’t need to be perfect every single day.

What you do need is a sustainable approach that you can stick to long term.

The biggest results come from consistently doing the basics:

I’m the face behind LGC – Lily Gangell Coaching. I’m a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who is passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

This little carousel shares a bit about who I am—from the sports I grew up playing, my love for my pets, what I enjoy doing outside of the gym, and how my own fitness journey led me to where I am today.

Fitness hasn’t always looked the same for me. After years of gymnastics, I found a new passion in strength training and quickly fell in love with challenging myself in different ways. Now I get to help others do the same, and honestly, it’s the best part of my job
