This weekend, our Premier Gymnastics Aerobics athletes take to the floor at the Aerobics Queensland Cup, ready to put their hard work on display.

Competition day is about more than scores. It's about confidence built through preparation, the courage to perform under pressure, and the commitment to keep showing up when nobody is watching.

Tomorrow and Monday, four of our Senior WAG gymnasts will take the floor, representing Queensland, at the Border Challenge competition being held at Maroochydore.

Congratulations to Mylah, Eloise, Harper and Emmerson on earning the opportunity to wear the maroon and compete at this event! Opportunities like this are the result of years of dedication, perseverance and countless hours in the gym.

Joining them will be our Premier coaches Debbie and Max, whose commitment and guidance have helped these athletes reach this exciting milestone.

Congratulations to all our Premier Pride team members who are representing QLD at National Championships in Sydney from June 27 to July 5. Your hard work and dedication had earnt you this position and we are so very proud of all of you.
State team training done and dusted on the weekend so now time to put the final touches to routines before the event.
👏👏Congratulations also to Kirsten Cole who was appointed Head Coach of the QLD team following her successful leadership last year working with the brilliant team of coaches from throughout QLD. With Xiaomin and Jojo also joining Kirsten as part of the coaching team for International and ALP and Nicki judging at the championships.

Premier has gymnasts competing in all divisions of the AGC!

Today concludes RG Challenge 1, where athletes demonstrated their impressive seasonal readiness, positioning themselves for improvement over the coming weeks, particularly with the Qld Cup approaching in a fortnight. Sincere appreciation to our dedicated supporters and families for their unwavering enthusiasm throughout the weekend and commend Laura and Gina for their tireless dedication. Lets go team💕

This weekend, our Junior Rhythmic athletes take to the floor at the QLD RG Junior Challenge 1.

Competition day is about stepping onto the floor with confidence, composure and the courage to perform what you have worked so hard to create!!!

Whether it is your first competition or you are chasing new personal bests, remember that every routine is another step forward.
