Tonight's running club session was tough but good. 12x600m efforts with descending sets of push ups, dips and squats in between (20, 18, 16...2).
A running club that caters for all abilities. Sessions are run in Cornubia, Shailer Park and Logan River areas.

I decided to test out this afternoons running club session (ascending pyramid intervals). Meet at cornubia park netball courts at 5pm if you want to give it a go. Great session to improve speed, anaerobic threshold and to work on running technique. Caters for all fitness levels.

A friend of mine is having a jamberry party and this is one of the designs! I don't do my nails but I said I would share with my running friends! $22 for 2 sets or nails and 2 sets of toenails.
