2027 COACHING & SUPPORT STAFF WANTED 📋🏉

South Grafton Rebels RLFC are calling for Expressions of Interest from dedicated, passionate and community-focused coaches and support staff to join our club for the 2027 season.

We are currently seeking EOI’s for the following roles:

🏉 FIRST GRADE / CLUB HEAD COACH
🏉 RESERVE GRADE COACH
🏉 UNDER 18s COACH
🏉 WOMEN’S TACKLE COACH

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong understanding of rugby league and coaching fundamentals
• A focus on developing players and supporting their growth
• Confident leadership and effective communication skills
• Ability to create a positive, disciplined and enjoyable team environment
• Genuine passion for mentoring players on and off the field
• Alignment with the values and culture of South Grafton Rebels RLFC
• Strong teamwork with coaches, players, staff, committee and volunteers
• Relevant coaching qualifications and/or experience

We want people who are keen to be part of a strong club environment that goes beyond game day — helping shape culture, develop talent and contribute to the ongoing success of the Rebels both on and off the field.

First Grade Debut ❤️🤍

Shout out to another First Grade debutant from the final round of the season — Ajay Marsh 👏🏉

Ajay has been one of our most reliable Reserve Graders, turning up every Tuesday and Thursday, making himself available for every game and giving his all whenever he takes the field.

He’s always willing to play whatever position he’s asked to play and gives his absolute best every time. But Aj’s contribution doesn’t stop on the field — he’s also a fantastic clubman, always willing to lend a hand around the club whenever needed.

Congratulations Ajay on a well-deserved First Grade debut. You should be extremely proud of your efforts both on and off the field. 👏
