Playing the world game since 1910, 116 years old in 2026 The result went in the home teams favour with a 4-1 win for the newly established Club. An amazing year!
The South Hobart Football Club is one of the oldest football (soccer) clubs in Australia and celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2010. On the 21st May 1910 the first official game was played by South Hobart against Westralia at the newly opened South Hobart Ground. The Club has had mixed success over the years—however that seemed to change when current Head Coach Ken Morton joined the Club in 2008
