Monday Open Soccer Grand Final, Spring 2018!

The tradition of tight scoring in soccer Grand Finals this season continued in this fantastic match, with No Good coming out 3 - 2 winners against Full Monty's, for their second championship in a row!

The Active Melbourne City Sports program is closing as our contracted provider has ceased operations in Australia. This means the program, which was focused on team sport in Docklands and Flagstaff gardens, will end on Monday 31 December. We’re reviewing the program and will consider future opportunities in 2019. Friday Mixed Soccer Grand Final, Spring 2018!

A big crowd turned out at Docklands to watch our final Active Melbourne City Sports Grand Final for Spring 2018. And in a very close match with plenty of chances, and some great goalkeeping, Maddsox came away with a 1-0 win over last seasons winners IRESS 1! Quite a different result to last season, IRESS 1 took a win in the semi finals!

Tuesday Open Twilight Soccer Grand Final, Spring 2018!

The grand final for twilight this season was between 3rd and 4th after two close semi final wins! After a highly competitive encounter, Twinkle Stars took the match 1-0 over MetroMatic, to go one better than last season, where they finished runners up!

Tuesday Mens Soccer Grand Final, Spring 2018!

This was definitely a contender for match of the season, in a game which had to be decided on penalties after a 3-3 scoreline by the end of extra time.
After a highlight filled penalty shootout, AMP Fire came away with a 5-3 win over Energisers in the shootout! Also a big shoutout for the respect and sportsmanship shown between both teams after the match.
