As a teacher, coach or parent, how have you found ways to make more fun and engaging for children?

In Aus Sport's most recent report, it was reported that "inactivity was the fourth largest cause of chronic conditions" which is alarming as 56% of Australians are said to live a sedentary or low-activity lifestyle.
