The fun, fitness and friendship at Aqua Cardio Fit wont 🛑 stop just because the main pool is having an update !!!! The can do attitute will continue in the Billabong Pool (that is the same depth as the shallow end of the main pool so little people - it’s your time to ✨ SHINE 😂).

Another BRAND new class saw the group compete in Teams of 2 ! Teams had to work together to get the JOB DONE ! The duo’s battled through both cardio and weights !!! Great way to start the day ! REMINDERS FOR UPCOMING 4 WEEKS -
AQUA - classes as normal with some wonderful special guest instructors (only 20th August there will be NO class)
BOOTCAMP - You all know what is happening 😂 ENJOY -
Next round starts Monday 7th September for bootcamp and we will also be back on deck by the pool on the same day 🙂

What a fantastic week !!! 133 keen aqua people came along for some fun, fitness and friendship ! Sun was out, water was warm and the sessions FUN FUN FUN and apparently “challenging”😂
Thanks to everyone who came along and gave it a go - always nice to see the regulars week in week out and of course nice to see new faces! THANK YOU ! See you all Monday .

Time has flown while having FUN 🙂 as always this final week will see a mixture of fun favourites as well as some “hot off the press” sessions !!! We are up to 111 NEW and DIFFERENT classes this year already !!!!
