STRONGER. FITTER. BETTER. 💜

Our GYL girls have been incredibly fortunate to have had Barnstorming Fitness come on board as a sponsor for the 2026 season, giving our GYL access to the gym for dedicated strength & conditioning sessions as their Friday training.

Working alongside our physio Rob from , the girls have been building strength, fitness, stability and injury-prevention skills — all designed to help them perform at their best on the pitch. 🔥

⚽ ROUND 30 – THE FINAL BYL ROUND!

It’s hard to believe, but we’ve reached the final BYL matches of the 2026 season! 🎉

This Sunday, our boys take to South Nowra for Round 30 and our final home games of the season. A huge shout-out to all our BYL players for the commitment, effort and determination you’ve shown throughout the year.

Let’s finish the season strong and enjoy one last home game together! 🔥

And of course, it’s Father’s Day!
