When we focus on our own journey, we don't quite understand the impact we have on others.

I honestly find my friend, Lynne, an inspiration. The more we chat/workout, the more I think I am exactly where I need to be in my life, and that is helping people take care of themselves and have a laugh every day.

​Stay kind and have a pure heart and the good energy will flow through 🌟

​I was super polite and gentle with her at the beginning... now 1 + years on and I'm telling her to stop cheating and lift heavier πŸ˜† but she does scare me from time to time when she pushes herself, or maybe she's being a smart ass and knows how to scare me. Ill never be sure πŸ˜‚

Focus on the good things & focus on yourself... peace will eventually fall over your heart.

All the past versions of Cassie, couldn't dream up this reality that I'm living today.

I've met some amazing humans recently & more just keep coming my way.

I am getting better at being kind to myself, but most important i am working on the things I want for me.

Express workouts - are not a workout program.

My theory here is to help the few people who want to start... but don't know where to start.
β˜† For the people on holiday.
β˜† For those who just want to move their body, but can't think what to do.
β˜† us who can not be in the gym for hours & hours at a time.

This one is glute focused -
- 3 point step
- Hip thrust
- Controlled Step down

- Alternating Shoulder press
- Bicep curls

I like training my glutes & I also believe I have pretty weak glute medius (which is a muscle that helps stabilise the pelvis) so i chose 3 lower body movements in this session, 2 upper & no an work as i normally do.
I was tired hungry and already worked 6 hours, abs will take a rest day πŸ˜†
