So good to feel great and get the Half marathon prep back on track, after a period of lacklustre training and energy levels after the last effort.
With Puffing Billy Running Festival coming next week, today was the perfect time to reverse the tan and throw some South Yarra hills into the program ๐๐ผ

What a way to sign off for 2025!!
I truly believe I have the best job in the world, as I get to change and improve lives for the long term, with old habits hacked, accountability learned for new ones and a sustainable lifestyle that suits each individual..
A massive thank you to all my clients for trusting me with their health, for their continued support and willingness to be challenged every session.
2026 is knocking on the door and excited to see where we can all go and grow in the new year.
For now it is family time until sessions recommence Monday 12th January.
Merry Christmas, happy New Year and much love everyone ๐๐ผ

Tough one today after a sleep deprived weekend and stiff back from camping on the weekend.
However, 17k in the bank is better than none and great to challenge the mind to overcome the obstacles..
Drop-Set High Intensity efforts tomorrow morning over 3km with 6km of volume.
12-days to go until the half where Iโm supporting and raising funds for . The countdown is on - letโs do this ๐๐ผ

This year instead of just running 21.1km for โthe enjoymentโ and I am running for a purpose that is very close to our hearts - Premature Babies
26,000 babies are born premature each year and both our children were are apart of this statistic, especially our first born, who spent his first 2-weeks in the Special Care Nursery before we could bring him home.
The specialist care he was provided during those initial few weeks, have no doubt helped shape him into the active fun loving kid he is today.
Any donation over $2 is tax deductable and no matter the size I would be very grateful for your donation.
Thank you, Jim x
