Congratulations to our gorgeous Full-Time student Sophie Simonds (15) who has just completed the John Cranko Schule Summer Intensive 🌟

Sophie received this scholarship at the YGP Sydney Semi-Finals in late 2025, and we thank for giving our young dancers such wonderful opportunities!
We can’t wait to hear all about this exciting week of training at such a prestigious school!

Very proud of our Full-Time student Stella Jackson (15), who shone at the recent Raise the Barre workshop with Académie Princess Grace Director Luca Masala, held in Brisbane.
Such a great opportunity to be taught by Mr Masala and his faculty 🌟

Congratulations to our gorgeous Full-Time student Avalon Roberts (16) who has accepted a place at the Ballet Academy of the University of Music and Theater Munich, Germany 🌟

Avalon has trained at ABDA for the past two years and we are super proud of the progress she has made in this time.
We acknowledge Avalons former teacher Danielle Williams who laid the foundations on which we built.

Congratulations to our beautiful Full-Time student Maisy McDougall (16) who has accepted a place at the Ballet Academy of the University of Music and Theater Munich, Germany, following our highly successful European Audition Tour🌟

Maisy has trained at ABDA since she was 7 years old and we are incredibly proud of the beautiful dancer and gorgeous human she has become 🧡

YAGP Finals 2026 - Final Days: Gala, Awards & Scholarship Classes 🌟
The last two days have been jam-packed with excitement and celebrations!

We were wowed by a star-studded Gala Performance including Principal dancers from ABT, SF Ballet, Dutch National Ballet and Houston Ballet, followed by a Gala Reception for Miss Amanda to exchange with the directors, teachers and professionals from across the world.
The girls danced in the Grand Défilé to open the Gala, which was mind-blowing!🌟
Our beautiful Sophie Simonds (14) was invite to the Junior Scholarship Callback Class where she had another chance to shine 💫

We also squeezed in a little trip to the Johnson Space Center, which was very cool 🚀

Such an incredible experience for our amazing girls, being 3 of the 8 dancers representing Australia here on the global stage - we are SO proud of them!! 🧡

YAGP Finals 2026 - Day 6: Final Rounds

We are so proud of our stunning Full-Time student Frances Ng (16) who danced so beautifully in the Senior Final Round of the YAGP 2026 Finals 🌟
The standard of all dancers was extraordinarily high - what an inspiration to be amongst the worlds best students and teachers, not to mention all the school and company directors here this week 🌟

YAGP Finals 2026 - Day 5:
After a Classical Technique Class with Tadeusz Matacz (former director the John Cranko Schule Stuttgart), Frances presented her Contemporary solo on stage - and was mesmerising!🌟
Meanwhile Sophie and Stella took a Classical Technique class with Jason Beechey (Director of the Tanzakademie Zurich).
All 3 girls had Défilé rehearsals until 9pm, and then we received the exciting news that Frances had made the Senior Final Round!
