It’s so awesome to have this beautiful space to teach my fitness classes. You’ll find me here Tuesdays and Fridays. Classes start at 8am and we learn to balance our strength and flexibility to increase mobility to avoid those ‘annoying injuries that seem to come from nowhere’

Join me ABT/Stretch 8am every Tuesday and Friday (and yes even Good Friday). Our body doesn’t know it’s Easter 😂

So excited to teach my first ABT/Stretch class tomorrow morning at 8am. Please arrive 10min early for sign in and chat. 😆 Bring shoes mat towel water bottle and $5. Also bring Weight and B***y band if you have them. No problem if you don’t, as all exercises are doable without.

For those who don’t know who Evergreen Yoga and Pilates is, it’s me Mel! Melinda Roddan some people may know me as Melinda Frawley but yeh it’s me. I started this page when I was going to open my own studio back in the day. Didn’t happen 🤷‍♀️
Anyways, I’m starting classes at Broadwater Parklands, Northern Pavillion near the lil Chapel, Marine Parade, near Nind Street, starting Tues March 14th.
ABT/Stretch classes will run Tuesdays and Fridays 8am. Bring your b***y band, hand weights, mat and towel and $5. Be prepared for some hard work but mostly heaps of fun 😆 Cos exercise should be a good time not a long time!
