Sleep Problems Solution – Tips on How to Sleep Better 20/04/2016

Top 50 Fat Burning Tips

1. Drink only spring or filtered water.

2. Drink water between your meals. Stop drinking 30 minutes before you eat and only start drinking 1.5 hours after you've completed your meal.

3. If you're a coffee drinker drink organic coffee and never add sugar.

4. Start a diet regime free of cow's milk and cow's yogurt.

5. Start a diet regime free of gluten based breads, pastas, pizzas, crackers etc.

6. Limit alcohol consumption

7. Eat vegetables at every meal.

8. Green vegetables burn the most fat.

9. Get to bed before 10.00pm

10. Get up with the sun.

11. Get plenty of raw sunlight, without sunscreen. No burning of course.

12. Exercise on a regular basis for 1 hour, 5 times per week.

13. Perform steady state cardio exercise, in the morning, on an empty stomach, a couple times per week.

40. Hard wire your internet cable and use hard wired phones. (not cordless or wireless)

41. Take a good mulit vitamin

42. Floss at least twice per day. Regular dental cleanings 3-4 times per year.

43. Have a cheat meal for every 30 healthy meals

44. Salt water pools are the least toxic.

45. Fermented non dairy foods are great like sauerkraut and kimchi.

46. Love the body by leaving it in its' most natural state.

WHY YOUR OVERWEIGHT & ALWAYS WILL BE!

1) You complain you don't have time
2) You complain you can't afford it
3) You drink every week
4) You live in the past
5) You blame others
6) You think you need sugar for energy
7) You can't stick to a plan longer then 6 weeks
8) You don't have clear goals
9) You watch 3+ hours of TV a day
10) You don't ask for help

How can you start making some CHANGES?

1) Make time! Give up watching TV, playing games & other activities, which aren't adding to your life in a positive way

2) You can afford it you just spend your money on rubbish! Cut the boozy weekends and you'll magically have an extra couple of hundred bucks, give up the 2-3 coffees a day and boom there's another 200 bucks a month, start preparing meals instead of eating out, cut the netflix or foxtel there is a life outside of your lounge room.

3) Give up the booze for a few weeks and meet the real you. You'll be surprised how good you'll actually look and feel, Mondays wont be so grim and you'll have 10 times the motivation to start living a good life!

4) No one cares how fit you used to be, so get over it! Don't be a prisoner of your past! Learn from the mistakes you have made, use the past as motivation knowing you've been there before and CAN do it again if you just START!

5) Understand where you are in your life is on YOU & no one else! Every decision you have made has got you to where you are today! Take responsibility!!

6) You don't need refined sugar EVER for energy so stop lying to yourself! The reason you have no energy is because you eat sugar, you don't exercise, have coffee every day and don't eat regular small meals. Make some CHANGES!

7) Set a goal and commit to a plan for at least 6 weeks, don't make excuses just get it done! You can and will change your life!

8) Set some friggen goals & read them daily!

9) Turn off the idiot box!! You get ONE life don't waste it by bumming on your couch watching BS TV shows. Get active, get outdoors, start LIVING!

10) Have the courage to ask for help! They're are people who are willing to HELP and there are people who have been where you are right now so just ASK for help!

You can CHANGE you just need to start making some CHANGES when you do your life will TRANSFORM!
