The Wunda Chair may look small, but it is another powerful piece of the Pilates system ✨

When we explore the full Pilates method using all the apparatus — Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, electric chair and baby chair — the body begins to move in a completely different way.
