Monday Workout πŸ’ͺ🏼

Start your Monday off week a BANG πŸ’₯
There’s no time like the present, starting today will set you up for a positive week ahead!

Try this workout and let me know how you go.

The Workout: 30mins
(As many rounds as possible)
βœ–οΈ 500m Row
βœ–οΈ 15 x BB Front Squat & Overhead Press
βœ–οΈ 45sec Sprint
βœ–οΈ 20 x Double Unders

All four exercises complete 1 round, keep track of how many rounds you get through in 30mins and record it.
Then simply try again next week and try get more rounds.

2️⃣ Single Arm Lateral Raise with Hold
3️⃣ Overhead Shoulder Press
4️⃣ Face Pull
Complete 3 sets of each, 12-15reps on each exercises πŸ’ͺ🏼
