🚀 I help ambitious professionals who feel stuck start living a life they love 💥 Jess is the values-led woman behind the values-led business.

We are a values-led business that’s passionate about creating spaces to decrease the amount of stress that we as a society collectively and individually experience. We do this through our range of services that create a holistic and well-rounded approach to wellbeing rather than treating each element as a separate piece. These pieces fit together, so we’ve designed and created them in a way that i

Effective expectation setting is crucial. This involves not only reframing goals to be realistic but also ensuring it's a shared-approach in regards to support.
Whether it's for you or your team, transparency about what it truly takes, combined with a realistic assessment of what can be achieved together, forms the foundation for a successful professional relationship.

Empower yourself to find those small wins.
Realize that fitness (or .. anything you're working towards) doesn't always require a one-hour gym session. It can be 5 minutes here, 5 minutes there.
Many people believe that if they can't dedicate a significant chunk of time or achieve perfection, there's no point in starting. But this mindset can be a major barrier to your progress.

Exercise is not just about aesthetics, weight loss, or “fitness culture.”
Sometimes it’s about helping someone feel confident enough to catch a bus independently again.
Sometimes it’s about rebuilding identity after injury.
Sometimes it’s simply about reducing barriers so movement feels possible.
It could even be completely unrelated to exercise, but what you learn along the way.

In this episode of Get Jasched, I sat down with exercise physiologist Sam Godbold to talk about disability, chronic illness, communication, movement, and the importance of actually listening to people.

We spoke about:
– why movement looks different for everybody
– the hidden barriers people experience around exercise
– how people can communicate more effectively
– rebuilding confidence through movement
– progress over perfection
– and why people don’t need to be “gym people” to benefit from movement

One of the biggest takeaways for me:
People don’t want to be talked down to. They want to be understood.
(and yes, this applies far beyond just healthcare).

This was such an important conversation about empathy, accessibility, autonomy, and helping people feel capable again.

In the rush to achieve and succeed, we often lose touch with who we truly are.
Here's your weekly reminder to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself along the journey. It's a long one - don't leave yourself behind on the way.

We often focus on managing our time, but what if the real key is managing our energy? Unlike time, our energy levels are something we can actually influence and control.

“You have the same 24 hours as Beyoncé.”
No. You don’t.
And pretending we all function under the same circumstances is part of what’s burning people out.
In this episode of Get Jasched, I’m talking about the difference between time management and energy management - especially as business owners, leaders, and humans trying to hold a lot at once.
Because some seasons are FULL.
And sometimes the pressure to constantly optimise every second of your day actually disconnects you from what helps you function best.

I talk about:
– burnout and hustle culture
– managing energy instead of just time
– neurodivergence and structure
– why “free days” can feel harder than busy ones
– the impact your energy has on your leadership
– and how to start auditing what actually drains or supports you

This isn’t about excuses. But it IS about awareness.

For the longest time, it seemed like you could either be ‘professional’ or well at work.
To be more mindful and prioritise wellbeing was seen as not dedicating yourself enough to the job… and people wonder why we have this epidemic of burnout that has sustained, and worsened, for decades 👀

21/05/2026

The question often arises: "Why bother changing what has worked before?"
Because what was effective decades ago may no longer be. This is evident in fields like marketing, where strategies rapidly become obsolete. Continuing to apply outdated methods in regards to THRIVING at work while expecting different results is akin to the definition of insanity – doing the same thing repeatedly and anticipating a new outcome.
If past approaches are yielding diminishing returns, it's time to adapt.
