The gut contains trillions of little bugs which are your friends. They are either assisted or inhibited by the food you eat.

Foods rich in fibre will assist them. Probiotic foods will add to their diversity and prebiotics provide fuel for them to survive. They are key to well-being by regulating blood glucose, inflammation, hormones, mood, anxiety and weight loss.
