Back alignment when doing a bent over row is as important as the row itβs self.
Core is braced . Think of a broomstick π§Ή along your back from head to glutes, no arch on the lower back.
turner.1481 has progressed with body alignment and no need for coaching tips as this become muscle memory after some time.

B***y gains will thank you for it later.
Try goblet squats to help activate your core more and align your pelvis correctly before the decent.
Pause at the bottom of the squat for more glute activation and squeeze the glutes hard to stand up.
