Itโ€˜s common to be ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฑ or ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ right now, but we ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ปโ€™๐˜ ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—น ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐˜†

I used to feel this way when I saw things going pear-shaped around me. I am prone to anxiety and have had to learn ways to cope.

Focusing on what we can control sounds easy, but what does it ๐’“๐’†๐’‚๐’๐’๐’š mean?

Imagine 3 buckets.

In the first bucket, we put all the things we can control - our choices, such as the foods we eat and the activities we choose to pass the time.

In the second bucket, we put all the things we can influence such as the information we give others to make decisions, the support we give to help others feel comforted and our financial future.

And Iโ€™m the third bucket, goes all the stuff of concern, such as the weather and medical events.

When weโ€™re feeling or creeps in, if we train our minds to and ask ourselves does this belong in my or weโ€™re creating a mind and more

Weโ€™re also reducing our stress levels, which in itself has positive impacts on our allowing us to ,improve our ,reduce the ,helps regulate and and so much more.
