💪 Seated Row taken? No problem!

If the seated row machine is busy, grab the TRX straps and keep that workout moving with a TRX Row

TRX Rows are a great alternative for working your back, shoulders and arms, while also challenging your core and stability.

⭐ Quick tip: The closer your feet are to the anchor point, the more challenging the exercise becomes. Step further away to make it easier and find the level that works for you.

Not sure how to set up your TRX Row? Ask our friendly Fitness Trainer Rhiannon for a hand! 💜💛

😊 When do you feel your best? 😊
Today, we asked our members one simple question
The responses were inspiring and a great reminder that feeling your best can come from so many different moments. From smashing fitness goals and building confidence to starting the day strong, the positivity was contagious. 💜
Here's a collection of their responses, along with some of the beautiful smiles that make our club such a special place to be. 😄
Thank you to everyone who participated and shared a little positivity with us today. We love being part of your journey!

🏆 October Member of the Month – Scott McLennan 🏆
A huge congratulations to Scott McLennan, our October Member of the Month! 🎉
Scott is by far one of the most cheerful members our team has had the pleasure of getting to know. Whether he's walking through the doors for a workout or having a quick chat, he always brings the biggest smile and the most positive energy.
His friendly nature and genuine positivity never fail to brighten our team's day, and we're incredibly grateful to have him as part of our gym community. 💜
Thank you for making the club a better place every day, Scott. Keep being your amazing self!
👏 Be sure to congratulate Scott when you see him around the club!

🧼✨ A CLEANER CLUB = A BETTER WORKOUT ✨🧼

At Planet Fitness, we work hard to keep our club clean, tidy and ready for you to enjoy every time you visit.

A clean gym isn’t just about looking good. It helps create a more comfortable and enjoyable workout environment for everyone.

Our team works throughout the day to help keep the club looking its best, and we appreciate our members doing their part by wiping down equipment and returning weights after use.

Because when we all look after our club, everyone gets a better place to train. 💜
