What a fabulous Sunday it was to enjoy some snail paced sailing in a gentle 3-5 knots from St Leonard’s Yacht club you could almost hear the sound of Larry Halls beats from the start line.

Well done to some persistent sailor and even more patient race officers. We are appreciative of all our volunteers who create such a wonderful environment for members and guests to relish.

Enjoy some action shots of our sailors and a reminder why you should be at St Leonard’s for our next Winter Sailing Sunday on the 21st of June.

With the End of the 2025/2026 sailing season drawing shut, we would like to thank all our competitors and volunteers for their enthusiasm for the St Leonard’s yacht Club and Motor Squadron. Every competitor on the water is as valuable as each other in making fun competitive racing but it’s particularly important to congratulate our top winners. Attached are some very familiar First place winners with there much deserved silverware. A special congratulations is to Ingrid for a well deserved presentation of the commodores Award for her impeccable efforts in support of our club. Well done to all our sailors and volunteers we await and anticipate an eventful winter season starting in afew weeks.

Our volunteers “thank you evening” was held tonight and you guessed it, Jason and Ingrid put on an incredible spread.
A magic night with over 30 people attending and enjoying some great camaraderie.
We are very grateful to all of our volunteers who really delivered a fantastic “A” Class National Championships.

What’s next?
