History on offer as Saints compete for two titles • The Western Weekender The St Marys Saints will be aiming to create some rugby league history this weekend when they look to claim not one but two NSWRL premierships.

One of SAINTS toughest is facing the toughest battle of his life — and on Saturday, we’re taking him out onto the field with us 💚🤍

Adam presented the teams their jerseys for Round 1 and he’ll be with the boys this Saturday as our Ron Massey Cup and Sydney Shield teams take the field for premiership glory!!🏆🏆

🤝 U13/3 – St Marys v Cambridge Park

Our Under 13/3’s have battled through a season of plenty of ups and downs, finishing the regular season with 6 wins and 7 losses to secure 4th spot heading into finals.

Their finals campaign kicked off against 5th-placed Hawkesbury, with our Saints putting together a convincing 20-6 victory to keep their season alive and book their place in the Minor Semi Final.

Standing in their way was a strong St Clair side who had defeated our boys twice during the regular season. But past results meant nothing when the finals arrived! Our Saints came out firing and produced an outstanding 24-8 win, knocking off the 2nd-placed side and earning their place in the Preliminary Final.

Last weekend brought one final hurdle — Windsor. Having split the regular-season meetings with a win each, our boys knew they would need to be at their best. And once again, they delivered when it mattered most, powering to an impressive 34-8 victory to secure their spot in the 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋! 💚🤍

Now, just one challenge remains.

Our Saints come up against an undefeated Cambridge Park side who have set the benchmark throughout the season. It’s undoubtedly our biggest challenge yet, with the boys heading into the clash as underdogs — but if there’s one thing this finals campaign has shown us, it’s that you can never count these Saints out! 💪

After a season filled with growth, resilience and determination, our boys have earned their shot at glory. Now it’s time to leave it all on the field and see if they can bring that shield home where it belongs! 🏆💚

A massive congratulations to Brett Garrick and the entire U13/3 team on an incredible season so far. One more game to go… LET’S GET IT DONE, SAINTS! 🔥

Catch the Saints Supporter bus to Campbelltown Stadium and cheer the SAINTS home on Saturday!

Bus will depart from St Marys Rugby League Club (Holiday Inn) at 11:30am and will return on the completion of the Ron Massey Cup game.
