💬 What do you love most about working at the front desk of World Gym?
Getting to meet new people, build genuine connections and support people with their fitness journey. I love being a part of a supportive community!

🏋️‍♀️ What’s your go-to workout or favourite piece of gym equipment?
Definitely a good upper body session, especially shoulders & back. Give me a solid EDM playlist and I’m locked in 👊🏼

🌱 How do you stay motivated to live a healthy lifestyle?
I focus on balance and consistency instead of perfection. Training makes me feel strong mentally as much as physically, and I always remind myself how good I feel after showing up for myself 💆🏼‍♀️

🥎 What’s one fun fact people might not know about you?
I used to do gymnastics when I was younger and played softball competitively for 6 years!

💗 What advice would you give to someone coming to the gym for the first time?
Don't compare your day one to someone else's day 500. Everyone starts somewhere! Just focus on showing up for yourself, learning new things and building confidence one step at a time.
