Success in the Goldy!
We had 3 fighters on the Urban Warfare Boxing card, all 3 boys turning up and putting on an electrifying show.
First up we had Rory, as soon as the bell went he was in control, working off his jab and picking his opponent off with sharp shots, smooth foot work and smart defence, claiming a unanimous victory and a stunning performance. Great work Rory.
Second up was Sam, Sam brought the skills to the ring, manoeuvring an around his opponent and coming in with great strikes, making quick work on the inside and getting out to control the ring. This was Sam’s first fight and his first win, congratulations Sam.
Third up was Luke, also having his very first fight. From the first ring of the bell it was War, both boys swinging hell for leather, it was an explosive start, luke weathered the storm and got into his groove showcasing some good boxing he has learned. Unfortunately he lost a split decision but gained a whole lot more in experience. Great work Luke, onto the next.
Overall it was very rewarding to see these guys fight whether they won or lost, they have trained hard and showcased some amazing skills.
