Wednesday training. Getting back into some routine and getting some quick runs on the board.

πŸ”₯ 100 1Hand Swings for a bit of conditioning and power
πŸ”₯ 10 Turkish getups for general movement and some strength tension work
πŸ”₯ Several singles of BB military Press to get used to pressing heavyish again (first and last set shown)
πŸ”₯ Kettlebell Deadbugs with a 28kg bell for core stability (carry over for 1 arm/1 leg pushup)
πŸ”₯ And some sumo stance single arm rows.

Lungs are still a bit crappy post covid and related asthma but definitely getting more stamina.
