Throwback to 10 shades ago πŸ˜‚.

In all seriousness though, I ended up getting 3 moles cut out of my back and one burnt off my ear in a six month period.

I won't lie I was definitely abusing Melanotan and the solarium. The day of what was going to be a my last solarium appointment, I went to the doctor and he burnt the mole off my war and told me ear moles have a 60% chance of turning to cancer. I promptly message the solarium, cancelled and never went back.

You have to ask yourself, is a tan really worth looking like a cancer ridden leather bag?

F**K NO!

🚫The problem with core exercises!🚫

While most people are familiar with their re**us abdominis β€” also known as the β€œsix pack” abs β€” many forget about or are unaware of a deeper abdominal muscle called the transversus abdominis.

Strengthening this muscle is crucial if you want to have a strong core, reduce back pain, and make day-to-day activities easier for you.

Many ab workouts mostly focus on your upper layer of abs and fail to properly activate your transversus abdominis muscle.

Try these two on either the ground, a bench or my favourite, a BOSU ball, and experience and ab workout like nothing before, and watch your lifts get stronger while eliminating back back pain πŸ€™

When in doubt squat it out.

Now that is open make sure you get a head start on your fitness journey by training with an experienced fitness professional so you can learn the correct and safe way to train to make sure you get maximum results with minimal risk of injury.

I can't tell you how many times I've heard people tell myself and other trainers that they will "be fine on their own" and then weeks later hear them say they've hurt themselves and are now having to see a physio twice.

We go to the gym to get healthy, not to get injured.
