Pilates, Restorative, vinyasa, yin, chair, flow, kids, gentle yoga 🧘 …. some days our bodies need different movement medicine. A monthly pass allows you the opportunity to respect and honour your body on a class by class basis , which is really what yoga is all about 🥰

Chair Yoga is an awesome way to move , breathe, feel and experience a movement practice without the need to get up and down off the floor.
We practice hatha yoga, explore breath, relax and meditate ~ all with support of chair, wall, ropes … or not.
It’s your choice, but know options are available to allow you to feel alive in your body and peace in your heart ❤️ ALL bodies welcome 🙏 This is a relaxed and joyful yoga class. $15 or less for a block pass.
