We’re heading out of the studio and into Memorial Gardens for a series of free 30-minute Mat Pilates classes as part of ‘Be Well Prospect!’

- Saturday 10, 17, 24 & 31 October

Kat Keane officially proved she’s our Honey, Funny & Sunny girl, taking home the Values Award.

While Dana Johnston, Fiona Cui, Molly Durham and Phoenix Kuchta took home Trainer of the Year for Prospect, Henley, Goodwood and Stepney respectively.

When it came to the big one, we couldn’t split them, Chloe Rayner & Mackenzie Weaver are your Studio Spring Trainers of the Year!
