Today is the first time in 60 years my life time friend Wendy is not here for her birthday 🙏🥰
Always in my heart and hoping she is watching us somehow xx

Last night we farewelled our beautiful shamus x he gave us so much pleasure and he loved nothing more than to just lie on my bed x gone to be with his master xx mollys mate # # #

To all the beautiful yoginis who come to the bagot rd studio I wish to advise you all that I will not be starting my classes until the first week February this year x
I have too much happening with my folks and need to be freed up to go to Geraldton in the next two weeks and all too much happening 👏
I do look forward to seeing you on the mat again in February if u r up for some stretching, strengthening and flexing xx I have missed you all

Tonight 14th January and next Thursday 21st we will again joining David michie for a free meditation in nature session in kings park
It will be in the roe gardens and commencing at 6.00pm going until 7.00pm 🙏💕
This is a gathering of people hoping to start the new year with peace and joy in their heart and will be beautiful in this nature setting in the park 👏
You do not need to be a yoga student or experienced meditator x just bring a rug and pillow and enjoy the group experience 🥰
Please feel free to stay afterwards to share some refreshments and time with other like minded souls
