🌟 Member Spotlight: Lynette 🌟

For more than 5 years, Lynette has been a valued member of the Sunbury Aquatic and Leisure Centre community, and there's one reason she keeps coming back... the pool!

Lynette says swimming plays an important role in helping her stay mobile, while the welcoming community keeps her motivated. She has made some great friends at the centre over the years and always looks forward to each visit.

One of Lynette's biggest achievements since joining has been her rehabilitation journey following a knee replacement. Through regular swimming and staying active in the water, she's been able to support her recovery and continue doing what she loves.

"The water is where I feel my best," Lynette shares. "I'd encourage anyone to give swimming a go because it really helps."

We're so grateful to have Lynette as part of our community and love seeing her enjoying the pool alongside the many friends she's made over the years.

Thank you for doing your part to keep our pools safe, clean and enjoyable for all.

Please continue to shower before entering the pools, washing your hands with warm soapy water after using the toilet, and avoid swallowing pool water.

If you or your child have had diarrhoea in the last 14 days, please wait before returning to the pool. This ensures the safety of other patrons, and keeps germs out of the waters.

Please utilise the free aqua nappies available at reception for children.

Reformer Pilates is for everyone🧘

Ever wanted to try reformer Pilates but weren't sure where to start?
We're one of the few reformer studios in Hume - and we're open to all levels from total beginners to seasoned Pilates goers.

We adapt exercises to cater to any injuries or rehabilitation, just let us know prior to the class.
