Looking for a confidence‑boosting activity for your child this weekend?

We’re running a FREE Anti‑Bullying Karate Class this Saturday designed specifically for kids who may be dealing with bullying, feeling left out, or needing a safe space to build confidence.

🥋 Ages: 6–15
🕙 Time: Saturday, 10–11am
📍 Location: 6 Grass Tree Court, Sunrise Beach

This one‑off community class teaches:
• Practical confidence skills
• How to stand tall and stay calm
• Positive body language
• Safe, beginner‑friendly karate basics

Bullying No Way Week starts today 🚫🧡

It’s a powerful reminder of what many Sunshine Coast families are facing. Queensland schools reported 76,000+ bullying incidents last year, with the biggest spike in ages 10–14. Online bullying is rising fast 📱⚠️ and many kids are feeling anxious, disconnected, and losing confidence.

Our Karate Against Bullying – FREE CLASS 🥋✨ gives children a safe, supportive space to rebuild confidence, feel included, and learn skills that help them stand tall again.

Incredibly proud of our four athletes who stepped up at the 2026 Australian National Titles, each taking on new challenges with serious courage and heart.

A massive shoutout to Jack and Bianca for claiming their first National Title — a huge milestone built on months of sacrifice, hard work and relentless commitment. Their grind paid off in the best way.
