GET THE F**K OUTSIDE! βοΈ
Vitamin D, sunshine, beach, ocean, mateship, coffee afterwards... is this not enticing enough? π
Through getting sweaty in the outdoors you are really giving yourself a big tick for your health. β
I used to always workout in gyms, indoor classes and even in the garage, which definitely has its purpose and place.
Until it felt like I was missing something... π something that involved being outside in nature.
So i tried switching a workout at the gym with a workout at the local workout bars.
And my god it just hit different! πͺ
So if you are looking to switch up your workout or morning routine, maybe look at getting outside and grabbing all the benefits that come along with it. π―

Give it to yourself first!
Respect that is. πͺ
I remember in the past. I wanted to be like so much. I thought that if they liked me then they would respect me, which in turn would make me feel like I respected myself and liked myself.. for a part of time. π
How wrong was I...
It wasn't until I couldn't really deeply connect with anyone did I realise I had it backwards, I must learn to respect myself. My decisions, actions, thoughts, feelings and emotions, no matter what anyone thought or said.
Once I realised this, It narrowed my focus and became something that I could control. Which acted as a beacon for other men that they can too, do the same. π―
It starts and ends with YOU. Your respect for yourself, your internal dialogue and your actions, is a direct reflection of the respect you have for yourself. π

THE 3 PILLARS!!! β
Growth, Movement, Connection. These 3 Core pillars are what makes these sessions what they are.
1. Pushing through your comfort zone in a freeezing cold ice bath GROWTH
2. Getting sandy and sweaty at 5:30 in the morning - MOVEMENT
3. Doing this all with a bunch of people who become mates - CONNECTION
