What a perfect time to receive this certificate.
Yoga can be different things for different people. To me it is empowerment and an option for emotional and physical balance.
Thanks to the beautiful for allowing me to teach my exam in her studio and for and everyone who joined my class and supported me in my way.

Hey there mummas,
Staying/getting fit with kids can be a challenge and then money usually is short too so I wanted to do something affordable and kids involving and after doing my personal trainer certificate started running fitness classes for mums and bubs last April.
For the anniversary of the course and to offer something that hopefully is accessible to many I’d like to offer the following course:
*8 consecutive weeks starting Thursday, 7.4. 9 Am
*60 minute classes and a coffee/tea afterwards for those who want to stay and chat
*$50 total cost
*held in Coolum and streamed online for those who can’t make it in person
*you will carry your child during exercise
*toddlers to play around us welcome, however, no extra cater available (unless we all share the cost and ask someone to come in)
*classes include cardio, legs, arms, warm up, cool down, breath work and stretching
*happy to discuss individual challenges/health issues and adapt exercises accordingly

Greek style kind of lunch - YUMM!
It’s so incredibly hot here today that the only options worth considering for lunch were salad or watermelon 😂
