Too much of the good life of late or should I say bad so it’s that time again. Lose 6 kilo in 6 days.
Plenty of training , off the drink and hitting the soup all week. Beetroot,tomato,peas,variety of beans,peas,sauerkraut,onion,corn kernel,sunflower/sesame/pumpkin seeds,tuna in oil. Let the fun begin.

Busy day thus far visiting TB Hotels and their bottle shops. Go the Red Emu !
