It’s time to tap into that warm, fuzzy goodness

Here are3️⃣ ways that you can tap into, and strengthen your intuition:

🤍Be still - ideally in a state of meditation (whatever that looks like for you)

🤍 Learn the difference between fear and your intuition - this takes time - but before you know it you’ll be able to distinguish the two

🤍 REFLECT - think of allll the times in the past where things have just “fallen in to place” because of a decision you’ve intentionally made. Think about those times, and throw a little party for yourself for listening to your intuition ✨

My goodness there is SO damn much that’s possible for you. The only catch is - you actually have to take action towards those things you spend your days dreaming about 💫

Less than 5 years ago my life looked completely different.

I was paying rent using a credit card and had to ask the bank to pause my repayments as I couldn’t keep up with them

I lived in a room that didn’t have electricity

I was drowning myself in alcohol and god knows what else most nights as I didn’t know how to cope when I wasn’t numb

I was surrounding myself with toxic people who wanted to keep me exactly where I was

I was in and out of hospital most weeks - my body was telling me that something needed to change, fast

I was just scrapping by at Uni and took multiple leaves of absence just so I could work to keep a roof over my head

I was having panic attacks weekly just thinking about having to rock up to my job at the time

I would wake up every single day, and have no idea how I was going to get through it

Fast track to now:

I can count on one hand how many drinks I’ve had this year

I can sit with my thoughts, and know exactly what tools to lean on to shift my mindset

I am so very picky as to who has access to my energy and who I surround myself with

I own a house, bought myself a brand new car, hold stocks, and very comfortably invested multiple 5 figures in to my business (the credit cards well and truly paid off btw)

I completed my degree and was offered a full scholarship to study Masters

I can’t remember the last time I had a panic attack

I wake up every single day, so fkn grateful
