Sunshine Coast Masters Swimming Club

A small turn out for this month's luncheon at Vista, Alex Golf Club. However it was a very tasty lunch with a great view and there was plenty to talk and laugh about.

A very successful time today at the Brisbane Northside meet! We won the Small Clubs Average Points award, with 2 x gold NolaandColin Taylor, Sheila Tweedy, 1 x silver Val Sheehan and 1 x bronze Clare Somerville from our 5 swimmers! Thanks Ann for timekeeping!

On Wednesday, we went to Maroochydore High School to savour the culinary delights and service of the Cert 2 & 3 Hospitality and Cooking students. Very nice 3 course meal for $25! Thanks again Denise Dalton for organising!

An amazing 4 days of swimming in Townsville at the State Championships for QSC. Plenty of fun and medals. But it was rather cold - I think we managed to encounter their 1 week of winter!

Great day at the Brisbane Southside Masters Meet. We had 5 swimmers and 2 volunteers who time kept all day. We won 3 medals and 2 raffle prizes! 😁
