The leader that chooses ego over results, is the leader that FAILS.

I was sitting in the boardroom of a major company earlier this year, sitting across from the CEO and a handful of the executives

And as I was listening to them talk, it became obvious why results were declining, productivity lower and lower and team confidence at an all time low.

He was non-committal around decision that NEEDED to be made but was unwilling to.
