What a brilliant effort today in the pool , temperature was a challenge but you all took it by the horns and blitz it. Have a great week . I will be back on Wednesday .

Hi Everyone, Please see the timetable for the rest of August. There is a few changes and cancelled classes and we just wanted to lay it out so you can all refer to in the coming weeks. 👌

It doesn’t happen very often but Robyn and Jackie happen to be away at the same time for a couple of classes which results in a cancellation. We do apologise and we will work you extra hard in the other classes 😉💪 💦

We do want to commend you all on your hard work and great attendance in these cooler months!!
