10 minutes.

Some times all you need is a simple ten minute workout.

Push ups
Squats
Chin ups
Rows
Lunges

I really wanted to train but felt like I didn’t “have time”.

I wanted to do 60 minutes worth of training. My day only allowed for 10 minutes.

Don’t make excuses, just make adjustments and do SOMETHING!.

Something is always better then nothing.
